Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking night auditors for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough. You will check guests in, ensure accurate billing, handle special requests, and maintain the house bank while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires overnight availability, high attention to detail, and strong communication. A high school diploma is required, along with computer skills and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and ensure proper credit is recorded.
• Note and fulfill special requests and verify guest information.
• Help resolve guest issues and provide proactive service to WOW guests.
• Promote and explain hotel programs and services to guests.
• Interact with hotel staff professionally and share necessary information.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain the house bank and handle cash according to procedures.
• Generate, print and distribute daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with accuracy.
• Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Post charges, cash checks, refunds, and safe deposits per protocol.
• Assist other departments as needed.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

• Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
• Help to resolve problems and "WOW" guests through recovery when things aren't quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
• Maintain house bank
• Generate, Print and distribute daily and weekly reports
• Ensure the Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
• Assist other departments as needed

Compensation:

$20 - $21

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
