Job summary

The Franklin Team in Katy, TX is hiring an Agent Recruiting & Onboarding Support Specialist to build and manage full-cycle recruiting for real estate agents in Houston, based onsite in Katy, TX. This role supports onboarding, training, and team enablement through the first 30 days of each agent.

You will manage inbound/outbound recruiting, coordinate informational programming, and use data tools to identify strong agent fit.

Qualifications

Active real estate license required (preferred).
Prior experience as a practicing real estate agent.
DISC profile: high D/I preferred, outbound-oriented.
Ability to handle evening and weekend commitments (webinars, info sessions, prospect availability) in addition to standard hours.

Responsibilities

Follow up on inbound applications within 24 hours.
Own full-cycle recruiting: source, qualify, and close new agents.
Run outbound prospecting via calls, texts, and DMs to build a candidate pipeline.
Host weekly recruiting webinars or info sessions.
Conduct weekly in-person prospecting meetings and lunches.
Strengthen relationships with co-op agents and attend events.
Create and send bi-weekly recruiting emails with CTAs.
Sponsor or attend real estate classes to promote sessions.
Attend networking events with realtors at least twice per month.
Produce recruiting-focused social media posts weekly.
Lead discovery and onboarding conversations with prospective agents.
Lead onboarding orientation every 6 weeks.
Troubleshoot systems as agents ramp into processes.
Flag disengagement signals early and monitor retention risks.
Ensure Foundations training is completed by all agents.
