Farmers Insurance is seeking an agent protégé to learn the business under a mentor and grow the agency by engaging prospects and building community relationships. No insurance experience is required; full training is provided.

As an agent protégé you will earn a base salary while developing sales skills, with strong commission, renewal, and bonus opportunities and support from an experienced mentor in a structured program.

Job Description

As an agent protégé, you will get paid to learn the business from an experienced mentor agent and help grow the agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships within the community. This hands on paid position is perfect for someone wanting to know what a typical day is like in insurance, and has the desire to run an agency one day. No insurance experience necessary. Full training is provided.

We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and assistance we provide.
