Job summary

The Insurance Department of the State of Georgia is seeking an Agent Program Analyst to support the Agent program through data reporting, documentation, and portal content development.

Under supervision, you will monitor agent certification statuses, coordinate renewals with Licensing Divisions, and provide ongoing support to agents, including responding to inquiries and contributing to portal improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Compile reports and develop documentation for the Agent program.
• Track agent certification statuses and enrollments.
• Coordinate with Licensing Divisions to manage license qualification renewals.
• Provide agent support, including responding to inquiries and suggesting IVR changes.
• Develop and maintain agent-related content for the Georgia Access Agent Portal and website.
• Assist with agent examinations and trainings through vendor coordination.
