Job summary

Insurance Department of the State of Georgia is seeking an Agent Program Analyst to compile reports, develop documentation for the Agent program, and monitor certification statuses. The role includes coordinating with licensing divisions on Georgia Access qualifications and renewal processes, and supporting agent inquiries.

Responsibilities extend to enhancing the Georgia Access Agent Portal, developing onboarding guides and FAQs, and creating training content to reflect changes in health

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required or equivalent experience.
• One year of job-related experience or completion of an apprenticeship/internship that provides relevant exposure.

Responsibilities

• Compile reports and develop documentation for the Agent program.
• Track agent certification statuses and enrollments.
• Provide ongoing support for agents, including handling inquiries and updating the Agent Portal content.
• Coordinate with Licensing divisions to manage qualification processes and renewals.
• Develop training content and recertification materials for each plan year.
• Assist in maintaining agent-related content on the Georgia Access website.
