This hybrid role involves four days in the office and one remote day, collaborating with Partners to move candidates through contracting, verify background checks, and keep stakeholders informed of status.

• Experience in customer service or office administration.
• Clear professional communication via phone and email.
• Meticulous data entry and document review.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process contracting in the system to move contracts forward.
• Track background checks and fingerprint results; follow up with Partners.
• Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide candidate status updates to Partners.
• Process forms to onboard agents in systems.
• Assist with in-person admin tasks for Managing Partner.
