Agent Onboarding Specialist - Eastern Time US Based Remote

This is a 100% remote role; however, the ideal candidate will be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding experience for all agents, including creating and processing new agent affiliations through OnBase and related systems.
• Assist with licensing applications or transfers, including MLS and Realtor Board accounts.
• Collect and vet DBA, team, or assistant information for new agents/teams.
• Act as the primary liaison with Licensing to ensure compliance.
• Manage onboarding checklists and coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper setup and tool access for new agents.
• Provide initial overview of DESK, focusing on account activation and profile setup.
• Assist with uploading headshots, bios, and contacts into marketing systems.
• Support initial marketing material orders, such as signage and business cards.
• Coordinate the 'warm hand-off' to branch leaders and Agent Support Teams post-onboarding.

Branch Leader Support

• Maintain communication with branch leaders regarding onboarding processes.
• Support recruiting efforts for top-tier agents as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience; real estate office experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technologically proficient with operating systems, Microsoft Office, and able to learn new software like Adobe Acrobat and Power BI.
• Effective communication with diverse audiences including agents and leadership.
• Ability to work remotely with discipline and high productivity.
• Customer-focused, creative problem-solver, adaptable to workload changes.
