Job summary

Noah Peconga Agency - Farmers Insurance in Indiana is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our award-winning team. This role offers a base plus commissions and a path to grow income, with a focus on helping clients protect their assets.

You will develop customized proposals, build relationships with real estate agents and lenders, prospect for new business, and provide exceptional service using our lead management tools. Training and licensure support are provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Indiana Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
