National Insurance Markets, Inc. is seeking an Agent Development – ACA & Employer Benefits to help our independent agents grow and succeed in the complex world of employer benefits.

You will build real relationships with agents, coach sub-producers, and own the operation of quoting, enrollment, and carrier coordination so business stays clean, accurate, and timely. We are hiring someone to help our agents grow.

At National Insurance Markets, we partner with independent agents to build durable books of business. We are not a call center. We are not a lead vendor. We are an operating partner to agents who want to grow.

NIM is looking for an Agent Development – ACA & Employer Benefits to own two things.

The first is development. You build real relationships with the agents we serve. You coach their sub-producers. You become the person they trust to show up, follow up, and do what you say.

The second is the operation. Quoting, enrollment, renewals, carrier coordination. You keep it clean, accurate, and on time — so agents can write business without worrying about what fell through the cracks.

This is for you if you:

Individual ACA medical experience is a plus, but we'll teach it. Bring us employer‑benefits depth and we'll build the rest.

Base salary plus team production bonus. Full benefits — medical, vision, 401(k), defined benefit plan, profit sharing. In‑office, Pittsburgh (Carnegie soon).
