Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a Bingo Agent to sell bingo cards, maintain the bank, and help players learn and enjoy the game with clear instructions.

You will call numbers, verify winners, and distribute prizes while ensuring accuracy and adherence to all policies. The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a neat, professional appearance. Familiarity with gaming guidelines and a willingness to obtain required licenses is expected.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Six (6) months of Bingo experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods during shift.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Bingo Agent is to sell bingo cards to customers and accurately maintain their bank. Assist customers in learning and playing bingo by providing information and instructions, as well as performing caller duties. Lastly, the Agent will verify winning cards and distribute winnings. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Sell tickets to customers
• Count bingo cards and maintain the bank accurately
• Perform caller duties, including calling out numbers over the microphone, providing instructions, and announcing the amount of money to be won
• Reach for bingo balls while using machines and retrieve dropped bingo balls
• Verify winning cards and distribute winnings, following established cash handling procedures
• Assist customers in learning and playing bingo by providing information and instructions.
• Travel through customer seating aisles to collect winning cards, balance, and carry bingo boards.
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Observe players during the game.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six (6) months of Bingo experience
• Must have 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time during shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team across departments and levels of management
• Must present a well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the Bingo Room
• Must be able to work calmly and professionally in stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience preferred
• Money handling and documentation skills preferred
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the physical ability to access all areas of the facility; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects; withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items weighing at least 50 lbs. without restriction.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure; work indoors and outdoors, as well as being exposed to hot/cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors.
• Most work tasks are performed indoors; however, there are events where outdoor activities are required. Indoor temperatures are moderate and controlled by internal environmental systems.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and noisy environment.
