Qualifications

• Experience working with independent agencies or agency operations.
• Working knowledge of P&C insurance products.
• Ability to sell and overcome objections.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Prior book transfer and conversion experience desired.
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Book Transfer & Conversion Execution: Manage and execute assigned agency book transfer and conversion initiatives.
• Agent Partnership & Change Management: Act as a primary point of contact for agencies during conversions and guide workflows.
• Retention & Portfolio Optimization: Monitor conversion progress and quote-to-policy outcomes to support retention during carrier transitions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Data, Reporting & Risk Oversight: Track conversion metrics and provide status updates.
