Job summary

LeadSwami, a remote-first insurtech platform, is hiring an Agency Success Manager to help insurance agencies grow their lead spend efficiently. You’ll work directly with agents to onboard them, set them up on LeadSwami, and drive ongoing engagement using data to improve results.

Ideal candidates have insurance industry exposure, strong account management, and the ability to discuss CPL, close rates, and vendor mix with agency owners without a script.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with agents to grow and optimize their lead spend.
• Onboard new agencies and set them up on LeadSwami platform.
• Drive engagement so agencies use data to make smarter buying decisions weekly.
• Be the primary contact when something in lead flow looks off and resolve issues.
• Help agents grow and stay with LeadSwami through a healthy book of accounts.

We’re hiring an Agency Success Manager at LeadSwami.

If you’ve spent time inside a P&C agency, at a carrier, or at a lead vendor, you already know the problem we solve: agents spend a fortune on internet leads and have almost no idea which ones are worth it.

LeadSwami fixes that. We work with over 200 agents, and 175+ of them use our platform every week to see exactly how their lead vendors perform and decide where the next dollar goes. We see data across 23 vendor integrations, so an agent on LeadSwami knows things a single agency never could.

Why now

We’re rolling out a brand-new platform, and the growth we’ve seen over the past year is accelerating. More agents are coming on than we can serve with the team we have, and we expect that to keep climbing. We’re hiring ahead of it. The person who joins now gets in on the ground floor of a book that’s going to grow fast.

What you’d actually do

Work directly with agents to help them grow and optimize their lead spend. You’ll bring new agencies on, get them set up on the LeadSwami platform, and drive their engagement with it so they’re using the data to make better buying decisions every week. You’re the person they call when something in their lead flow looks off, and you win when your agents spend smarter and stay.

Who this is for

You’ve worked in insurance. Agency ops, agency ownership, carrier sales, or the lead-vendor side; it doesn’t matter which, but you need to be able to talk to an agency owner about CPL, close rates, and vendor mix without a script. You’re organized enough to run a book of accounts and persistent enough to open new ones. You like Zoom.
