Agency Sales Representative – Branding and Digital Marketing Agency – Tampa, FL

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic branding and digital marketing agency. As an Agency Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive range of services, including branding, logo design, web design, SEO, and SEM. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of branding and digital marketing solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a self starter to get in at the ground floor of a growing agency with considerable opportunity for advancement.

Opportunity would start as part time with opportunity for full time based on performance.

Average deals range from $6k to $16k.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients' needs, challenges, and opportunities in the branding and digital marketing space.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services, including branding strategies, logo design principles, web design trends, and digital marketing techniques (SEO and SEM).
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking interactions and progress using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and technical teams to develop tailored proposals that address clients' unique requirements.
  • Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations, both virtually and rarely in-person, showcasing the value of our services to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the agency's value proposition, competitive differentiators, and success stories to prospects.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while adhering to established guidelines and company policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed insights to both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide input on campaigns, content, and strategies to attract and convert leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently striving for excellence in performance and contributing to the overall growth of the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the branding, design, or digital marketing industries.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, logo design concepts, web design aesthetics, and digital marketing strategies (SEO and SEM).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address client challenges and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
