Auto Club Enterprises in Los Angeles is seeking an Agency Sales Agent to source leads, develop networks, and drive sales to meet monthly targets. The role offers hourly pay during training and a high earning potential thereafter, with uncapped commissions for exceeding goals.

Competenze

• Sales experience preferred and beneficial.
• Must hold current Personal Lines or P&C license.
• Able to qualify and maintain a Life insurance license.
• Background, credit check and drug screen required.
• Computer experience and good organization skills expected.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance on hire.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience highly preferred

• Must have current Personal Lines or P&C license

• Ability to qualify and maintain a Life insurance license

• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen

• Have computer experience and good organization skills

• High school/GED diploma required, college degree preferred

• Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire

Our sales agents start at an hourly rate of $24.04. After completion of the training program, our full-time sales agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $110,000 - $230,000 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
