Auto Club Of Southern Calif is seeking a talented Sales Agent to join our team in California. The role offers an earning potential of up to $100k, with paid training and comprehensive benefits including a pension plan.

You will source and develop leads, network to meet monthly goals, and deliver excellent customer service while building a profitable business. Prior sales experience is preferred, and licensing in Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance may be required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses.
• Have computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
