Auto Club Enterprises in Encinitas, CA is seeking a Sales Agent to source and develop leads, prospect and network while driving monthly goals. You will communicate effectively and provide top-notch customer service to retain clients.

The role offers an hourly rate with commission potential after training; earning potential exceeds six figures annually with uncapped opportunities for exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain P&C/Personal lines and Life licenses.
• Computer experience and good organization skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Our Sales Agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time Sales Agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $99,600 - $121,700 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
