The Opportunity

We are hiring two experienced agency recruiters who want to elevate their careers, their income, and their impact.

1. Principal Recruiter (Business Generator)

You know how to bring in job orders. You’re trusted by clients and confident leading retained and contingent searches. You want a platform that respects your credibility—and rewards your performance with top-of-market commission, support, and freedom.

2. Elite Filler (Delivery Specialist)

You love filling roles. Hard ones. Fast. Well. You thrive on the challenge of sourcing, qualifying, and closing. If you’ve been weighed down by bad job orders or misaligned leadership, this is your chance to step into a premium brand with active client demand.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your track and skillset, your day-to-day may include:

  • Leading end-to-end searches for HR executives, managers, and specialists
  • Developing new business relationships with CHROs, CEOs, and VPs of Talent
  • Running intake calls, refining job specs, and closing retained searches
  • Partnering with junior recruiters and VAs to scale delivery
  • Vetting top 5% candidates through Crucial Hire’s proven screening process
  • Contributing to our growing reputation as a trusted HR talent advisor
What We’re Looking For
  • Required
    • 3+ years in agency recruiting or search
    • Proven track record of delivery
    • Strong communication and influencing skills
    • High accountability and drive
  • Preferred
    • 5+ years, ideally in HR, finance, or IT verticals
    • Book of business or experience winning client trust
    • Familiarity with retained or engaged search
    • Experience working remote with performance goals
