Job summary

Invisible Dynamics is seeking an Agency Producer to manage and execute a portfolio of campaign and shoot production efforts from inception to completion. The role acts as a key connector between agency and production services, keeping projects on track and aligned with shared goals.

You will bring knowledge of the production process for campaigns of varying sizes, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and rigorous process

• Natural organizer with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of active production projects from kickoff to post-production, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Serve as the throughline between Invisible Dynamics and Invisible Productions for projects that engage both entities.
• Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client, agency, and production objectives.
• Coordinate across creative, strategic, and client service teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and address challenges to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Take awarded projects into production as Line Producer when needed.
• Manage all aspects of the post-production process with vendors, clients, and the agency team to ensure assets are organized and delivered on time.
• Compile the final campaign production wrap report for tracking and reporting purposes.
