Job summary

Strativ Group in the United States is seeking a results-driven Partnerships Leader to drive agency channel growth for our e-commerce SaaS platform. You will identify, recruit, and enable agency partners, system integrators, and digital strategy experts to embed our solution into merchant offerings.

You will deliver product demos, conduct workshops and webinars, and equip partner sales teams with collateral and custom quotes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in agency partnerships, channel sales, or business development within the eCommerce SaaS landscape.
• Self-starter mindset with a proven record of exceeding targets, cold prospecting, and ownership of regional performance.
• Skilled presenter capable of delivering technical demos, leading workshops, and negotiating with agency decision-makers.
• Top-tier time management skills to balance pipeline hunting, account management, and multi-stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

• Research and map prospective agency networks, system integrators, and influencers to build a referral pipeline.
• Nurture long-term alliances with digital agencies, serving as their strategic advisor.
• Draft, structure, and finalize referral and co-marketing agreements with agency leadership.
• Deliver product demos, conduct workshops, host webinars, and equip partner sales teams with collateral and quotes.
• Collaborate with internal enablement teams to generate qualified merchant leads and hit regional revenue goals.
