Job summary

Farmers Insurance seeks a contractor to support the recruitment and coaching of Agency Ownership Development Strategists in Minnesota. This role focuses on business development and effective pipeline management across insurance lines. The candidate will work closely with leadership to enhance product knowledge and effectiveness.

With a hybrid environment, the position requires at least three days in-office work. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and relevant licenses upon hire. Salary is $70,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years sales, marketing, or insurance experience.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines, Specialty, Life, and Commercial lines.
• Familiarity with Farmers systems and sales management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Agency Ownership Development Strategists.
• Develop referral partnerships for sustainable pipeline growth.
• Analyze lead performance to optimize marketing strategies.
