Qualifications

• Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health required.
• 3-5 years State Farm experience with proven sales track record.
• College degree preferred.
• Comfort with difficult conversations and high-pressure situations.
• Ability to absorb stress and act with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintain agency stability.
• Escalate risks early and coordinate with agency leadership.
• Coach team members on expectations and professionalism.
• Oversee office flow, systems, and vendor relations.
• Drive sales performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
