Qualifications

• Must be based in or near Raleigh, NC with reliable transportation to occasionally handle the physical shipping/mailing of time-sensitive business proposals.
• Attention to detail across proposals, financials, and project data.
• Strong organizational habits to juggle tasks from Finance, Sales, and Project Management without missing deadlines.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs for data organization.
• Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week during Fall semester.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal paperwork, document organization, reference contacts, and sales assets.
• Assist finance with basic bookkeeping and billing tasks, including schedules and invoice QA.
• Audit and update project data in ClickUp; QA time sheets.
• Help update SOPs and document team workflows.
