What We Do

Responsible for strategically identifying and gaining national agent relationships to expand share in key markets. This role is charged with expanding our agent footprint and developing a quality client base in our title insurance and underwriting segment. It requires a strong background within the industry and a consultative sales approach to solving customer needs by leveraging our full suite of offerings and client solutions. The role excels at net-new business development, discovering, engaging, and presenting to high-level decision makers.

What You'll Do:

  • Successfully sell business process solutions and services.
  • Listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to respond effectively.
  • Apply diplomacy and tact in interactions.
  • Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
  • Exhibit strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Adapt strategies flexibly to changing conditions.
  • Understand market trends and competition to identify external threats and opportunities.
  • Persuade and influence others effectively.
  • Negotiate strongly to close deals.
  • Maintain strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven ability to grow relationships at senior executive and C-Suite levels for a national client base.
  • 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience with underwriting organizations on a national level in key growth markets.
  • Ability to develop opportunities, close new business, and increase market share.
  • Track record of establishing credibility, presenting ideas to create value, and challenging the status quo.
  • Consistent achievement and exceeding of growth targets, aligned with strategic plans.
  • Use of a consultative sales approach to build relationships and expand wallet-share.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide superior solutions.
  • Proactive communication with clients and timely responses.
  • Identify client needs and develop tailored plans.
  • Active participation in industry associations and networking events.
  • Effective presentation skills for group and individual audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Compensation includes monthly commissions in addition to the annual base salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 USD.

This range is an estimate of the base pay at posting time, dependent on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
