Monte Folsom - State Farm Agent seeks a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.
• Hold team accountable to metrics and the standard of the office. (If you cant do that and don't like to be held accountable then don't apply)
• Support team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
• Track and analyze business metrics to support growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
