Virginia Department of Health is hiring an Agency Management Analyst Senior that will support our procurement and general services operations through policy development, data analysis, research, reporting, and administrative support. This position is responsible for drafting operational policies and procedures and tracking the status of the implementation of audit corrective actions, supporting the administrative functions performed by the procurement and general services staff under the direction of the Office Director. This position will also conduct studies and makes recommendations that enhances operational efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented analyst who can independently research complex information, translate data into clear and actionable reports, and work collaboratively with staff and leadership across the agency The Virginia Department of Health offers 12 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, retirement plans (including 401a Cash Match and 457 Deferred Compensation Plan) as well as sick, family/personal, and annual leave.
