Job summary

Reliable Healthcare Associates, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care at facilities in Wisconsin and Minnesota. The role offers a premium flat rate with flexible scheduling and plenty of hours.

You must hold a current LPN license, have at least one year in long-term care (preferred), excellent communication, and be able to document care and administer medications as ordered. Wages are $40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current State License as an LPN
• 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care (preferred)
• Graduate or future graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Able to communicate well in verbal and written forms

Responsibilities

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Wages at $40 an hour!

Job Description:

• To provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation.
• Direct the day to day activities of the nursing assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration.
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents’ admission, discharge, transfer; chart and document per facility policy

Requirements:

• Willing to pick up shifts at our facilities located in Wisconsin
• You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
• Graduate or Future Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Able to communicate well in both verbal and written forms
• Have a minimum of 1-year experience as an L.P.N. in a long term care setting (preferred)
• A natural problem solver
• Are committed to interacting professionally and with care toward residents, families, and other staff
