Farmers Insurance District Office of Chelsey Stecken seeks a motivated insurance sales professional to lead with integrity, develop client relationships, and drive business growth. You will participate in structured training, licensing support, and ongoing coaching within District 30.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, leadership mindset, and a track record in sales or customer service. Licensing assistance is available for Illinois Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and securities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes.
• Commitment to ethical business practices.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to obtain).
• Series 6, 63 or 65 licenses preferred, but not required (licensing assistance available).

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply insurance sales and service best practices.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Present insurance solutions including auto, home, life, health, medicare, and financial services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support day-to-day agency operations.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development.
• Engage in community outreach and networking activities.
