Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty agent’s license preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations.
• Maintain a team-focused environment across the agency and company.
• Be the primary Agency liaison with Community Engagement Department.
• Ensure staff workplaces comply with ergonomic standards.
• Build relationships with local centers of influence, carriers and marketing teams.
• Train and motivate the team; provide daily feedback.
• Review performance to improve efficiency.
• Prospect for business through local networks and communities.
• Develop clients and expand relationship to other products and services.
