The role blends direct and field marketing, centers of influence development, and strategic planning to grow revenue and portfolio performance. Training and support help shape an independent book of business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Property and Casualty license required upon hire.
• Life and Health license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a business development strategy to drive revenue and portfolio growth.
• Identify target segments and prioritize outreach and networking.
• Contact prospects to uncover coverage needs and convert quotes into policies.
• Sell and cross-sell auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
• Maintain accurate records in tracking systems and reporting.
