Job summary

Farmers Insurance seeks a contractor in TX to leverage prior sales and leadership experience to build and run their own insurance business path, learning processes and using technology for growth and strategic decision-making from day one across multiple lines of business.

As a contractor, you will balance direct and field marketing, establish activity strategies, and manage an individual book of business while developing professional development paths and maintaining policy insights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Property and Casualty license required upon hire.
• Life and Health license upon hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a personal business development strategy to achieve revenue and portfolio objectives.
• Evaluates lead sources and builds networks to identify opportunities.
• Contacts prospects to establish rapport and uncover coverage needs.
• Sells and cross-sells auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
• Performs policy reviews to tailor coverages to client needs.
• Maintains records and reports on activity and performance.
