You will handle clerical tasks, calendar management, and maintain accurate records while learning Allstate systems. This position offers stable hours, daily routines, and opportunities to contribute to office operations.

Qualificações

• High School or equivalent education.
• 1 - 2 years of customer service or office administration experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with professional interactions with customers, employees, and Allstate Exclusive Agents.
• Organizational skills to manage schedules and maintain records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn Allstate technology.

Responsabilidades

• Assist walk-in customers with payment processing following Allstate processes.
• Provide professional support to customers visiting the office, including facilitating virtual connections with the Allstate Exclusive Agent.
• Complete routine administrative tasks such as routing mail and coordinating the calendar application used to schedule EA/customer appointments.
• Use Allstate technology and Microsoft Office applications to complete daily office tasks.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as directed by your supervisor, and complete special projects when requested.
