Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process policy invoices for new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Apply customer payments to outstanding invoices.
• Research and resolve payment issues.
• Generate check requests and customer refunds.
• Perform monthly agency bill reconciliations with accounting teams.
