Qualifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar and eligibility for further assignments.
• One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar; or six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne.

Responsibilities

• Perform investigations and prosecution of misconduct by uniformed NYPD personnel.
• Research and preparation of legal memoranda after reviewing investigative files.
• Memoranda are presented to the Executive staff for final determination and adjudication.
