The Agency Attorney under supervision, with some latitude for independent judgement and unreviewed action and decision, performs legal work involving investigations and prosecution of misconduct by uniformed employees of the Police Department. These duties will often include research and preparation of legal memoranda after thoroughly reviewing investigative files. These memoranda are presented to the Executive staff of the Police Department for final determination and adjudication.
HOURS/SHIFT: Monday- Friday/ 0900 X 1700
