Hutson, Inc. is hiring a Customer Account Manager-Small Ag and Turf to act as the interface between the company and end users, qualifying equipment selections, completing documents, and following up on sales to ensure the best customer experience.

You will learn equipment features, incentive programs, and financing options while adhering to company guidelines for timely submittals. The role focuses on managing key accounts, demonstrating equipment, utilizing CRM, and supporting events like trade

Qualifications

• 5+ years of equipment sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or agriculture-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Valid DOT Medical Card is required.
• Knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment and technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer account relationships to provide a differentiated customer experience.
• Demonstrate equipment knowledge and benefits to customers.
• Read and execute actions to achieve company goals.
• Understand and explain programs and incentives.
• Enter customer data into CRM per guidelines.
• Complete sale documentation for financing and delivery.
• Follow up after sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
