Job summary

CNH Industrial offers a summer/fall co-op for engineering students at Goodfield, IL. The program provides mentorship, hands-on experience, networking events, and housing support as part of a comprehensive internship track.

Participants work with the Innovation group to test tractors and related equipment, carry out field tests, analyze data, and contribute to product development while gaining real-world exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student pursuing a degree.
• Eligible for internship or co‑op in summer/fall.
• Available to work on-site in Goodfield, IL.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prototype machines for field testing and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project teams on experimental designs.
• Operate prototype test machines in the field and follow test plans.
• Review field results and contribute to concept development.
• Assist Agronomy team with data collection and analysis.
• Travel to CNH facilities and remote test sites as needed.
