Job summary

CNH Industrial invites students to join the Co-op program in Wisconsin, working within the Product Validation group to test and validate new tractors and related equipment. You will gain hands-on experience in instrumentation, data acquisition, and prototype support while mentored by experienced engineers across multiple disciplines.

You will work part-time during the school year and full-time in summer, with competitive wages and housing support.

Qualifications

• Students currently enrolled in a degree program.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Interest in electrical/electronics systems and validation.

Responsibilities

• Select, calibrate, and install instrumentation and data acquisition equipment for test data.
• Write drive scripts to automate test sequences.
• Provide prototype build support for electrical/electronic systems.
• Conduct tests on components, subsystems, and full vehicles in lab and field.
• Document results and provide feedback to development teams.
