Job summary

C&S Chemicals is seeking an Ag Services Operations Manager to oversee field services, scheduling, and customer relations across the assigned region. You will lead a team of field technicians, ensure safe handling of chemicals, and optimize logistics and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes compliance, SOP adherence, and building high-performing teams while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field or equivalent experience.
• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• Clean MVR with no preventable accidents.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, chemical products and application techniques.
• Willingness to travel across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Ag services operations, logistics and customer relations.
• Schedule and coordinate application jobs, manage resources and meet deadlines.
• Maintain and service application equipment; ensure safety and SOP adherence.
• Lead and mentor field technicians and support staff; promote teamwork and development.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, chemicals usage and operational costs; ensure regulatory compliance.
