Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year Agronomy or agriculture degree preferred.
• Previous Ag Chem/Seed sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships in the assigned territory.
• Promote crop protection products, seed, fertility programs, and agronomic solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
