Border Plains Equipment, an employee-owned Case IH dealership in Williston, North Dakota, seeks an Ag Parts Specialist. In this full-time role you will process parts orders, warranties, credits, handle freight shipments, and source external parts while delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proficient with computers. Agricultural parts experience is a plus, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

What You’ll Do:

• Process parts orders, warranties, and credits
• Handle freight shipments and complete purchase orders
• Source and procure external parts as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and parts support
