• 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on a variety of farm equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag system repairs.
• Independently analyze equipment issues and determine effective repair solutions.
• Support and mentor junior technicians as needed, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Follow service schedules while managing workflow efficiently and accurately.
• Document work performed in detailed reports and work orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools, electronic parts catalogs, and technical resources to support repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Promote our team values through positive, respectful interactions.

Requirements:
