CLAAS of America Inc. in Omaha is seeking an Ag Machinery Technical Support Intern to provide in-field technical support for CLAAS products at dealer locations, customer sites, or in the field.

The role includes investigating concerns, identifying resolutions, and performing repairs as required. The internship requires working towards a Bachelor's degree in a technically related field, preferably with agricultural equipment background.

Formación

• Pursuing a technical Bachelor's degree; Agricultural study a plus.
• Background in operation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural equipment preferred.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance issues and identify resolutions.
• Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office; willing to learn additional programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-field technical support for CLAAS products at dealer locations or customer sites.
• Perform necessary repairs on CLAAS products as required.
• Conduct field test activities as needed.
• Assist with Product Improvement Programs and Campaigns.
• Schedule dealer and customer visits per technical needs of Field Support.
• Report customer and dealer visits and territory activity weekly.
• Communicate results and proposed actions to management.
