American Implement, Inc. seeks a Location Manager to lead our western Kansas team. The role focuses on achieving the location's business plan, guiding sales and operations, and delivering exceptional service to farmers and customers.

The position is full-time exempt with a base wage starting at $85k, plus monthly and annual incentives, a company vehicle or allowance, and relocation assistance for the right candidate. EOE.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in agriculture sales required.
• 3-5 years management experience preferred.
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Aufgaben

• Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance including sales and budgets.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers and resolves issues.
• Leads regular department and employee meetings and communicates store values.
• Oversees safety, maintenance, and appearance of the location.
• Represents the company for sale of machinery to key customers.
