American Implement in Hugoton, Kansas is seeking a Location Manager to lead our John Deere franchise team serving farmers and the local community. You will drive the location's business plan, manage budgets, and mentor staff to reach their full potential.

This role emphasizes strong sales leadership, customer service excellence, and coordination across departments to ensure safety, efficiency, and growth. A relocation option is available for the right candidate.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in agriculture sales
• 3-5 years management experience preferred
• Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
• Experience dealing with elevated customer and employee issues
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Knowledge of financial metrics and marketing experience
• Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, customer service, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business or equivalent experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Executes the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers and resolves issues
• Leads regular department management staff meetings and all employee meetings
• Communicates dealership values, vision and mission within the location
• Coordinates with other store managers to implement best practices
• Supports management in implementing changes across the location
• Oversees marketing activities and events
• Ensures safety, maintenance, and professional appearance of the facility
• Represents the company for sales of machinery to key customers
• Provides input to hiring, development and coaching of the management team and employees
• Manages relationships with John Deere personnel
