Job summary

Butler Ag Equipment in Kearney, NE is looking for an Application/Ag Sales Professional to build relationships with agricultural producers and provide collaborative solutions within a defined territory.

You will promote Butler’s full line of agriculture equipment and support services, coordinating with service and training teams to ensure customer success. A guaranteed base salary with commissions, plus a company vehicle and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in ag equipment sales or related field.
• Knowledge of local producer practices preferred.
• Ability to explain financing options to customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with ag producers, applicators, and cooperatives.
• Sell new and used application and ag equipment.
• Inspect and appraise used equipment.
