Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of agriculture or farming operations.
• Mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems aptitude.
• Ability to read technical documents and specs.

• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the agriculture industry.
• Build relationships with farmers, operators, dealers, and agricultural businesses.
• Understand customer equipment challenges and recommend solutions.
• Support the sales process by coordinating opportunities and following up with prospects.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, customer outreach, and campaign tracking activities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to develop practical customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity documentation, and communication logs.
• Participate in farm visits, field inspections, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.
• Maintain accurate and organized work practices.
