This role travels weekly to customer sites, works independently and with the service team to deliver safe, high-quality repairs and reliable performance during critical planting seasons.

You'll document service actions, manage parts and tool usage, and uphold safety standards on every job.

Qualifications

• Experience working with agricultural or heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of repair practices.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to travel weekly for field service work.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on air seeding and precision planting equipment.
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble mechanical components.
• Perform field service at customer locations.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Drive service vehicles to transport tools, parts, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service records and parts usage.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.
