Job summary

You'll collaborate with Ag Lenders and Loan Officers, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to portfolio health while engaging in on-site visits and potential collateral evaluations.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• Experience as a Credit Analyst in a financial institution preferred.
• Strong understanding of lending principles and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Moody's Web Equity experience; Abrigo a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and tax returns to assess borrower risk and performance.
• Underwrite credit requests and determine cash flow feasibility.
• Collaborate with Ag Lenders to develop borrower activity and support on-site visits.
• Ensure loan compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Prepare credit presentations for Senior Management or Credit Committee.
• Support portfolio health through stress testing and reporting on exposures.
