The role requires analyzing financial statements and tax returns, with proficiency in banking software and lending programs. Bachelor’s degree in Finance and 1 year of related experience or equivalent is expected, along with a strong commitment to client relationships.

This position is responsible for analyzing credit information to determine the risk involved in lending money to current and potential agricultural borrowers. Incumbents also determine the advisability of granting credit for diversified types of ag loans, assist bankers in writing loan requests, and promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff for new services.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
