Boys & Girls Club of Fitchburg/Leominster is seeking a Youth Development Professional for a part-time, onsite after-school role in Leominster, MA. You will supervise and support activities to help youths learn, connect, and build confidence.

You will greet youth, encourage participation, and foster a positive, safe environment while remaining in close communication with site leadership. The position offers an entry-level pathway with a $17/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

• Reliable availability for a part-time schedule (Mon–Fri 1:30pm-6pm).
• Comfort working with school-age youth in a group setting.
• Clear communication, patience, and sound judgment.
• Ability to follow directions, routines, and safety expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily youth activities and maintain a welcoming, orderly space.
• Build respectful relationships with members and communicate updates to site leadership.
• Assist with transitions between activities and assist with clean-up and notes for the team.
